The Vital Need for Quality Training
Quality training and capacity building for church leaders are essential. As opinion leaders and advisors in their communities, they are uniquely positioned to shape the future. The church has established training institutions with courses tailored to equip personnel for effective service in our local churches.
Well-trained pastors feed the flock with the right spiritual food, guiding them to maturity. This is achieved by sending and supporting young people who have a call to train for ministry. We appeal for everyone to prayerfully engage in this noble task.
