E2: Establishing Churches

Congregating believers into local churches where they receive spiritual nurture and care through worship, planting, and proper sanctuaries.

Evangelistic work results in the need to congregate believers into local churches. This second strategic objective incorporates Congregational worship life, Church planting strategies and the Construction of Sanctuaries (The 3Cs), guided by the Director of Church Establishment.

Congregational Worship Life

A dynamic and theologically grounded congregational life is vital for the spiritual well-being of our local churches. We are committed to fostering quality worship, preaching, teaching, and fellowship.

  • Quality congregational life including worship, preaching, teaching, and fellowship.
  • Guidelines, policies, and worship patterns that are dynamic and relevant.
  • Enhanced worship for all, inclusive of members with special needs.

Church Planting

Church Planting

As a church founded on missions, planting new churches in rural, urban, and remote frontiers is our means of propagation. We also recognize the crucial role of supporting and revamping existing churches that are struggling.

  • Set policies and provide direction for new church plants.
  • Upgrade preaching points to local churches.
  • Revamp and assist struggling churches.
  • Recommend churches for semi-autonomy to Regional Councils.

Construction of Sanctuaries

We recognize the importance of an enabling environment for worship. Our goal is to ensure quality sanctuaries with appropriate facilities in strategic locations, giving our congregations credibility, comfort, and a clear identity.

  • Set policies, standards, and guidelines for church construction.
  • Ensure aesthetic designs to enhance worship quality.
  • Manage building plans and projects for sanctuaries.
  • Ensure all churches have legal land documents before construction.
