The need for quality training and capacity building of church leaders who in most cases are the opinion leaders and community leaders’ advisors in different societies is wanting. Religious leaders are positioned well in playing a role in shaping the future of a community.The church has come up with training institutions offering various courses tailored towards the needs of congregations to effectively train personnel in our local churches to equip the saints for works of service.

such pastors feed the flock with the right spiritual food to grow into maturity.This can be achieved more by sending and supporting young people who have a call to train for ministry in our training institutions. We appeal for everybody and every local congregation to uphold this and prayerfully become engaged in this noble task.
